How to apply
In the morning, gently apply a small amount of DAY GEL-CREAM using the ring finger around the entire eye contour, including the upper eyelid.
At night, apply a small amount of NIGHT CREAM with the ring finger around the eye contour, paying special attention to the under-eye area.
EAUTY TIP: Eye draining yoga exercises.
Stand in front of the mirror, before applying the treatment, and practice alternate nostril breathing. Inhale through both nostrils, exhale for 6-8 seconds, and then inhale for 3-4 seconds.
Aim for a minimum of 3 repetitions of each exercise (3-7 times per week). Focus more on problematic areas if needed.
Apply the treatment products, performing 3 to 5 repetitions for each exercise.
Gently raise the eyebrows and apply pressure to the forehead with the palms of the hands.
