At Germaine de Capuccini, we believe in the quality and high standard of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

Full refunds will be issued for unopened products returned in sellable condition. You are welcome to return a used product for a partial refund which will be determined after inspection and validation from our team.  

Germaine de Capuccini monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in our website. Any Swan points will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Germaine de Capuccini’s discretion. If a return is not approved for any reason, the item may not be returned to you. We may ask you for a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity. 

All refunds will be made to the original payment method, and you may ask for a gift card for an exchange product instead. 

You are responsible to ship returned items back to us, so make sure you have a traceable tracking number and let our team know the number. The address for returns is:

If you received an incorrect item due to a discrepancy in our warehouse, you would receive the correct item within 3-8 business days and a return label will be sent to return the incorrect item.
