PROMOTION RULES – “WELCOME DISCOUNT”
1. ORGANISING COMPANY AND VALIDITY OF THE PROMOTION
INTERNATIONAL AESTHETIC CORPORATION, INC., d/b/a Germaine de Capuccini, Tax ID No. 59-3665055, with registered address at 2000 NW 133 Ave., Suite 4 & 6, Miami, FL 33182, USA, organises the promotion called the “Welcome Discount” (hereinafter, the “Promotion”).
The Promotion will be available for as long as it remains active and is advertised as such on the official Germaine de Capuccini United States online store, unless modified, suspended or discontinued by the organising company.
The discount obtained by each user will be valid for 30 days from the date on which the user successfully completes the sign-up process and receives the corresponding welcome email, both events taking place at the same time.
2. SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION
The Promotion will be available exclusively on the official Germaine de Capuccini United States online store.
The discount may only be used on that online store and will not apply in other markets, physical stores, authorised centres, marketplaces or any other sales channels.
The Promotion is intended for end consumers who meet the requirements set out in these Promotion Rules.
The online store currently ships to the United States of America and Puerto Rico, in accordance with the service availability conditions applicable to the Website.
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The Promotion is available to users who sign up for the first time to receive communications from Germaine de Capuccini and successfully complete the sign-up process, regardless of whether they have previously made purchases.
To benefit from the Promotion, the user must successfully complete the sign-up process and provide a valid email address.
The discount may be used once only per customer and email address, on any order that meets the requirements set out in these Promotion Rules and is placed within the 30-day validity period.
Users must also meet the eligibility requirements applicable to the United States Website, including being 18 years of age or older.
4. PROMOTIONAL MECHANICS
Once the sign-up process has been successfully completed, the user will receive an email containing the relevant Welcome Discount communication.
The discount will be 15% off the price of products that meet the conditions of the Promotion and may only be used on the official Germaine de Capuccini United States online store.
The discount must be used within 30 days following sign-up and the sending of the welcome communication. If it has not been used within this period, the discount will expire.
There is no minimum purchase amount and no maximum discount amount.
The discount applies exclusively to the price of products included in the Promotion. Delivery charges, applicable taxes and any other costs associated with the order are excluded from the discount and must be paid by the customer in accordance with the applicable purchase conditions.
5. EXCLUSIONS
The following are excluded from the Promotion:

Products that are already discounted or subject to any other discount.

Products displaying a previous price as a strikethrough price.
The discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional codes, offers, promotions, benefits or other commercial campaigns in force, unless expressly stated otherwise by Germaine de Capuccini.
6. CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE DISCOUNT
The Welcome Discount:

Will be valid for 30 days following the user's sign-up and the sending of the corresponding welcome communication.

May be used once only per customer and email address.

May be used on any order that meets the requirements set out in these Promotion Rules, provided it is placed within the 30-day validity period.

May only be used on the official Germaine de Capuccini United States online store.

Will apply only to products included in the Promotion.

Will not be subject to a minimum purchase amount or a maximum discount amount.

Will not apply to delivery charges, taxes or other costs associated with the order.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions.

May be subject to technical, stock or availability limitations.
In the event of a full or partial return of an order in which the discount has been used, the amount refunded will be the amount actually paid by the customer for the returned products after taking into account the discount applied.
The discount will be deemed used from the moment it is applied and, therefore, in the event of a full or partial return of the order, it will not be reactivated, reinstated or made available for reuse.
Nothing in these Promotion Rules affects any rights or remedies available to the customer under applicable federal or state law or under the voluntary return policy provided in the Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase.
7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The Promotion is subject to product availability. Germaine de Capuccini does not guarantee the continuous availability of all products throughout the validity period of the discount.
The unavailability of one or more products will not give rise to any right to compensation, replacement or extension of the validity period of the discount, without prejudice to any rights available under applicable law.
8. ONLINE STORE CONDITIONS
Purchases made under the Promotion will be subject, in addition to these Promotion Rules, to the Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase and any other policies or conditions applicable to the official Germaine de Capuccini United States online store.
The Promotion will not apply on third-party websites, marketplaces, physical retail locations or any other channel other than the official Germaine de Capuccini United States online store
9. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Germaine de Capuccini reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion for justified reasons, events beyond its reasonable control, technical or operational issues or any other circumstances that prevent the Promotion from operating correctly.
Any modification that may affect users will be communicated through appropriate channels. Any modification or discontinuation of the Promotion will not affect rights already acquired by users in accordance with the rules in force at the time they became eligible for the Promotion.
Germaine de Capuccini also reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion any user who makes fraudulent, abusive or otherwise improper use of the Promotion or acts in breach of these Promotion Rules, including by making multiple registrations for the purpose of improperly obtaining successive Welcome Discounts.
Any questions regarding the interpretation of these Promotion Rules will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Promotion Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that may apply under applicable federal or state law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion or to a purchase made using the Welcome Discount will also be subject, where applicable, to the dispute resolution provisions contained in the Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase, including the provisions concerning binding arbitration, individual proceedings, class action waiver and jury trial waiver, to the extent that such provisions are applicable and enforceable.
Nothing in these Promotion Rules is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived under applicable law.
