1. ORGANIZING COMPANY AND PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

INTERNATIONAL AESTHETIC CORPORATION INC., DBA Germaine de Capuccini, with Tax Identification Number 59-3665055 and registered office at 2000 NW 133 AVE., SUITE 4 & 6, MIAMI, FL 33182, organizes the promotion named "4TH OF JULY SALE - EARLY ACCESS" (hereinafter, the "Promotion"). 

The Promotion will be valid from 12:00 a.m. on June 19, 2026 until 11:59 p.m. on June 25, 2026, both inclusive, unless extended, modified or terminated early by the organizing company. 

2. SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION 

The Promotion will be available through the official Germaine de Capuccini United States online store and at participating authorized centers. 

The Promotion is addressed exclusively to newsletter subscribers who receive the corresponding promotional coupon or code through the email address associated with their subscription. 

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS 

The Promotion is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old, are legal residents of the United States of America, are subscribed to the Germaine de Capuccini newsletter and receive the corresponding promotional coupon or code by email. 

To enjoy the discount, the user must be properly subscribed to the newsletter and have a valid account or subscription associated with a real email address. 

Employees of the organizing company and their immediate family members are excluded from participating in the Promotion. 

4. PROMOTIONAL MECHANICS 

During the Promotion period, newsletter subscribers may enjoy a 15% discount on the products included in the Promotion. 

To access the discount, the user must be subscribed to the Germaine de Capuccini newsletter. Once subscribed or identified as a subscriber, the user will receive a promotional coupon or code by email, which may be used during the validity period of the Promotion. 

For online purchases, the discount will be applied by entering the promotional coupon or code received by email in the space provided during the checkout process. 

At participating authorized centers, the customer must present the coupon received by email in order to enjoy the discount, in accordance with the conditions established by each participating center. 

The coupon or code will be valid only during the Promotion period and only for the products included in the Promotion. 

5. EXCLUSIONS 

The following are excluded from the Promotion: 

· Sets. 

· Products already discounted or subject to another promotion. 

· Any other product, treatment or service not expressly included in the Promotion. 

The discount may not be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, offers, promotions, benefits or commercial actions in force, unless expressly indicated by Germaine de Capuccini. 

6. COUPON TERMS OF USE 

The promotional coupon or code: 

· Will be valid exclusively during the Promotion period. 

· Will apply only to the products included in the Promotion. 

· Has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent. 

· Is non-refundable. 

· May not be applied retroactively to purchases made before the start of the Promotion. 

· May not be combined with other promotions, unless expressly indicated. 

· May be subject to technical limitations, stock availability or product availability. 

In the event of a full or partial return of an order placed during the Promotion, the amount refunded will be the amount actually paid by the customer after application of the discount. 

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 

The Promotion is subject to stock availability. Germaine de Capuccini does not guarantee the permanent availability of all products included throughout the Promotion period. 

If a product becomes unavailable during the Promotion, this will not give rise to any right to compensation, substitution or extension of the Promotion period. 

The Promotion will remain valid while supplies last for the products included in the Promotion. 

The Promotion has no monetary value and is void in any state or territory where prohibited by applicable law. 

8. AUTHORIZED CENTERS 

The application of the discount at authorized centers is subject to each center participating in the Promotion, as well as to product availability and the operational conditions of each point of sale. 

Germaine de Capuccini is not responsible for the non-participation of certain authorized centers or for the lack of availability of specific products at such centers. 

9. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS 

Germaine de Capuccini reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion for justified reasons, force majeure, technical or operational incidents, or any circumstance that prevents the proper implementation of the Promotion. 

Germaine de Capuccini also reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion any user who makes fraudulent, abusive or improper use of the Promotion or acts contrary to these Legal Terms and Conditions. 

This Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without prejudice to any rights that may correspond to consumers under applicable law. 

In the event of any doubt regarding the interpretation of these terms, the criteria of the organizing company will prevail. In the event of a dispute, the parties will submit to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law. 

10. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY 

In compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws in the United States of America, as well as the Germaine de Capuccini USA Privacy Policy, users are informed that their personal data will be processed under the following conditions:

For the management, development and maintenance of this Promotion, no participant profiles will be created and no automated decisions will be made based on personal characteristics.
