1. ORGANIZING COMPANY AND PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

INTERNATIONAL AESTHETIC CORPORATION INC., d/b/a Germaine de Capuccini, Tax Identification Number 59-3665055, with its principal place of business at 2000 NW 133 Ave., Suites 4 & 6, Miami, FL 33182, is offering the promotion entitled “Eco-Refill Campaign” (the “Promotion”).

The Promotion will run from August 17, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. through September 14, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., inclusive, unless extended, modified, suspended, or terminated early by Germaine de Capuccini in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

2. SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION

The Promotion is available exclusively through the official Germaine de Capuccini USA online store and applies only to the products specifically identified as participating in the Promotion.

The Promotion is intended for eligible consumers who make qualifying purchases during the Promotional Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, reside in the United States, and make a qualifying purchase through the official Germaine de Capuccini USA online store during the Promotional Period.

To participate in the Promotion, customers must complete the standard online checkout process and purchase one or more qualifying products included in the Promotion. No promotional code is required for the qualifying purchase unless otherwise expressly stated by Germaine de Capuccini.

Employees of INTERNATIONAL AESTHETIC CORPORATION INC. and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

4. PROMOTIONAL OFFER

Customers who purchase any qualifying cream or eye care product included in the Promotion during the Promotional Period will receive, by email, a unique, individual, single-use promotional code valid toward a subsequent purchase of eligible Eco-Refill products.

The promotional code provides:

• 20% off eligible Eco-Refills for creams and eye care products.

The promotional code may be applied to one or more eligible Eco-Refill products purchased in the same transaction, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The promotional code may be redeemed exclusively through the official Germaine de Capuccini USA online store and must be used no later than December 31, 2026.

5. EXCLUSIONS

The Promotion applies only to qualifying creams and eye care products specifically included in the Promotion. Purchase of an eligible product entitles the customer to receive the applicable promotional code.

The promotional code may be redeemed only toward eligible Eco-Refills for creams and eye care products and the Day & Night Refill Bundle.

The promotional discount may not be combined with any other discount, promotional code, offer, promotion, benefit, or commercial campaign unless expressly stated otherwise by Germaine de Capuccini.

6. TERMS OF USE

The Promotion:

• Is valid only during the Promotional Period specified above.
• Applies only to qualifying products included in the Promotion.
• Has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
• Is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• May not be applied retroactively to purchases made before the start of the Promotion.
• May not be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Is subject to product availability, inventory limitations, technical limitations, and any other restrictions described in these Terms and Conditions.

If a customer returns the qualifying product that generated the promotional code, any unused promotional code associated with that purchase may be canceled.

If the promotional code has already been redeemed before the qualifying product is returned, Germaine de Capuccini reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to deduct the value of the promotional discount received from any refund otherwise due to the customer.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The Promotion is subject to product and inventory availability.

Germaine de Capuccini does not guarantee that all products included in the Promotion will remain available throughout the Promotional Period.

If a participating product becomes unavailable, the customer will not be entitled to compensation, a substitute product, or an extension of the Promotional Period, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Germaine de Capuccini reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical, operational, fraud-related, security-related, or force majeure events, interfere with the proper operation of the Promotion.

Germaine de Capuccini also reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any participant who engages in fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise improper conduct in connection with the Promotion or who violates these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction and venue provided by applicable law.

9. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws and the Germaine de Capuccini USA Privacy Policy.
