1. ORGANIZING COMPANY AND PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

INTERNATIONAL AESTHETIC CORPORATION INC., DBA Germaine de Capuccini, with Tax Identification Number 59-3665055 and registered office at 2000 NW 133 AVE., SUITE 4 & 6, MIAMI, FL 33182, organizes the promotion named "4TH OF JULY SALE" (hereinafter, the "Promotion"). 

The Promotion will be valid from 12:00 a.m. on June 26, 2026 until 11:59 p.m. on July 5, 2026, both dates inclusive, unless extended, modified or terminated early by the organizing company. 

2. SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION 

The Promotion will be available through the official Germaine de Capuccini United States online store. 

The Promotion is addressed to customers who purchase products expressly included in the action during the promotional period, in accordance with these Legal Terms and Conditions. 

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS 

The Promotion is open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old and are legal residents of the United States of America, and who make a purchase through the official Germaine de Capuccini United States online store during the promotional period. 

To benefit from the Promotion, the user must comply with the purchase process and provide accurate, complete and valid information where required for the management of the order. 

Employees of the organizing company and their immediate family members are excluded from participating in the Promotion. 

4. PROMOTIONAL MECHANICS 

During the Promotion period, customers may enjoy 30% off selected products included in the Promotion. 

The discount will be applied directly to the products included in the Promotion during the online purchase process, without the need to enter a promotional code, unless expressly indicated otherwise by Germaine de Capuccini. 

The discount will apply only to selected products expressly included in the Promotion and will be subject to stock availability, technical availability and any applicable limitations of the online store. 

The Promotion will be valid only during the promotional period and while supplies last. 

5. EXCLUSIONS 

The following are excluded from the Promotion: 

· Sets or packs not expressly included in the Promotion. 

· Products already discounted or subject to another promotion. 

· Gift cards, shipping costs, treatments, services or any other item not expressly included in the Promotion. 

· Any other product, treatment or service not expressly included in the Promotion. 

The discount may not be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, offers, promotions, benefits or commercial actions in force, unless expressly indicated by Germaine de Capuccini. 

6. TERMS OF USE OF THE PROMOTION 

The Promotion: 

· Will be valid exclusively during the Promotion period. 

· Will apply only to the products expressly included in the Promotion. 

· Has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent. 

· Is non-refundable. 

· May not be applied retroactively to purchases made before the start of the Promotion. 

· May not be combined with other promotions, unless expressly indicated. 

· May be subject to technical limitations, stock availability or product availability. 

In the event of a full or partial return of an order placed during the Promotion, the amount refunded will be the amount actually paid by the customer after application of the discount. 

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 

The Promotion is subject to stock availability. Germaine de Capuccini does not guarantee the permanent availability of all products included throughout the Promotion period. 

If a product becomes unavailable during the Promotion, this will not give rise to any right to compensation, substitution or extension of the Promotion period. 

The Promotion will remain valid while supplies last for the products included in the Promotion. 

The Promotion has no monetary value and is void in any state or territory where prohibited by applicable law.

The Promotion will be available through the official Germaine de Capuccini United States online store, unless Germaine de Capuccini expressly communicates additional participating channels. 

Germaine de Capuccini is not responsible for the application of this Promotion on third-party websites, marketplaces, physical points of sale or any other channel not expressly included in the Promotion. 

9. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS 

Germaine de Capuccini reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion for justified reasons, force majeure, technical or operational incidents, or any circumstance that prevents the proper implementation of the Promotion. 

Germaine de Capuccini also reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion any user who makes fraudulent, abusive or improper use of the Promotion or acts contrary to these Legal Terms and Conditions. 

This Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without prejudice to any rights that may correspond to consumers under applicable law. 

In the event of any doubt regarding the interpretation of these terms, the criteria of the organizing company will prevail. In the event of a dispute, the parties will submit to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
