1. BLACK FRIDAY GIFT CARD PROMOTION
1.1. Promotional Period
The Black Friday “Your Reward” Promotion (“the Promotion”) shall run from 12 November to 1 December 2025 (both dates inclusive). All eligible purchases made through the official online store during this period will qualify for participation in the Promotion under the terms set out below.
1.2. Eligibility and Conditions
The value of the promotional Gift Card (“Gift Card”) will be determined based on the total value of the qualifying purchase (after all discounts and excluding any delivery or handling charges), in accordance with the following scale:
Purchases of £100 → £10 Gift Card
Purchases of £150 → £15 Gift Card
Purchases of £200 → £20 Gift Card
Each customer shall be entitled to one Gift Card per qualifying transaction.
1.3. Issuance and Activation
The Gift Card will be issued and delivered digitally via email once payment for the qualifying order has been completed and the order confirmed.
Each Gift Card will be individual, personal, and non-transferable, and will be associated with the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Gift Cards may not be used within the same transaction from which they were generated.
1.4. Validity and Redemption
Gift Cards shall be valid for redemption from 2 December 2025 until 31 December 2025.
Redeemable on orders starting from ÂŁ50.
Gift Cards are valid exclusively for use on the official online store.
Gift Cards cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers in effect at the time of redemption.
Gift Cards are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash, either in full or in part.
In the event of a full or partial return of the qualifying purchase, the value of the Gift Card shall be cancelled or proportionally adjusted in line with the revised order amount.
1.5. Limitations and Liability
Duplicate Gift Cards will not be issued in the event of loss, theft, deletion, or non-receipt of the email containing the original Gift Card.
The company shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised or improper use of the Gift Card by third parties.
Gift Cards are strictly personal, non-transferable, and may not be resold or exchanged.
2. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
2.1. Full Returns
Should the customer request a full refund of the order from which the Gift Card was generated, the corresponding Gift Card will be automatically invalidated.
2.2. Partial Returns
In the event of a partial return, the value of the Gift Card shall be proportionally adjusted to reflect the final amount of the qualifying purchase.
2.3. Exclusions
Under no circumstances may a Gift Card be used to pay for delivery or administrative fees.
