DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery is free on orders over £60. For orders under £60, a delivery fee of £6.95 applies.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1- Log in to the Returns Portal
2- Enter your order number and email address to access your order.
3- Select the Item(s) to Return
- Choose the product(s) you’d like to return.
- Select a reason for return from the list provided.
4- Choose Your Return Method
- Pick your preferred drop-off location.
- Your postcode will automatically show nearby locations, but you can also search another area.
5- Get Your Returns Label
- Once your drop-off point is selected, you’ll see full instructions.
- A returns label will be sent to your email – simply print it and attach it to your parcel.
6- Drop Off Your Parcel
- Take your parcel to the chosen drop-off point.
- Keep your receipt as proof of return.
7- Refunds
- Once your return is authorised and received, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds can take up to 7 days from receipt of goods.
- The amount will be returned to your original payment card.
8- Track Your Return (Optional)
- Log back into the portal anytime to:
- Track the progress of your return
- Re-send your returns label
- Start another return from the same order
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The product must be in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging and label and in the same or a similar box. When we receive your package in our warehouse we will check the items and proceed to make the refund. This refund will be reduced by the return shipping costs (£6.95).
Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
Collection costs will be paid by Germaine de Capuccini.
If the purchase is based on a promotional code, the proportional part of the total amount spent will be refunded after the coupon has been redeemed.
We do not make exchanges. In case you want to change your product, you will have to ask for it to be collected and buy the desired product again.
Personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned once the order has been confirmed.
