CAN I GET POINTS FOR PAST PURCHASES?
No, you can’t earn points for your past purchases. You’ll start collecting points on purchases made after joining our loyalty programme.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I RETURN SOME OR ALL OF THE PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER?
If you return any or all of the products in your order, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your points balance.
HOW CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR DISCOUNTS ON MY PURCHASES?
To redeem your points and get direct discounts on your orders on our website, go to checkout and select the discount you want from the points drop-down menu.
