1. ORGANISING COMPANY AND PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

GDC BEAUTY GROUP UK Ltd, with VAT number GB 584 3218 32 and registered office at Gladstone House, 77-79 High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9HY, organises the promotion called "GERMAINE DAYS" (hereinafter, the "Promotion"). 

The Promotion will be valid from 00:00 on 15 June 2026 until 23:59 on 21 June 2026, both dates inclusive, unless extended, modified or terminated early by the organising company. 

2. SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION 

The Promotion will be available on the official Germaine de Capuccini United Kingdom online store and in authorised centres participating in the action. 

The Promotion is aimed exclusively at members of the Germaine Expert Club loyalty programme who receive the corresponding promotional coupon through the email address associated with their account. 

3. REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE 

Natural persons over 18 years of age, resident in the United Kingdom, who are members of the Germaine Expert Club loyalty programme and who receive the corresponding promotional coupon by email may participate in the Promotion. 

In order to enjoy the discount, the user must be correctly registered as a member of the Germaine Expert Club and have a valid account associated with a real email address. 

Employees of the organising company and their immediate family members are excluded from participating in the Promotion. 

4. PROMOTIONAL MECHANICS 

During the validity period of the Promotion, Germaine Expert Club members may enjoy 20% off the products included in the action. 

To access the discount, the user must be part of the Germaine Expert Club loyalty programme. Once registered or identified as a member of the programme, the user will receive a promotional coupon by email, which may be used during the validity period of the Promotion. 

For online purchases, the discount will be applied by entering the promotional coupon received by email in the space provided during the checkout process. 

In participating authorised centres, the customer must present the coupon received by email in order to enjoy the discount, in accordance with the conditions established by each participating centre. 

The coupon will be valid only during the validity period of the Promotion and only on the products included in it. 

5. EXCLUSIONS 

The following are excluded from the Promotion: 

· Sets. 

· Timexpert Skinreset. 

· Timexpert Sun. 

·Perfect Forms. 

· Products that are already discounted or subject to another promotion. 

· Any other product, treatment or service not expressly included in the Promotion. 

The discount cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, offers, promotions, benefits or ongoing commercial actions, unless expressly indicated by Germaine de Capuccini. 

6. COUPON TERMS OF USE 

The promotional coupon: 

· Will be valid exclusively during the validity period of the Promotion. 

· Will apply only to the products included in the action. 

· Cannot be exchanged for cash. 

· Is non-refundable. 

· Cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made before the start of the Promotion. 

· Cannot be combined with other promotions, unless expressly indicated. 

· May be subject to technical, stock or availability limitations. 

In the event of a full or partial return of an order placed during the Promotion, the amount to be refunded will be the amount actually paid by the customer after the discount has been applied. 

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 

The Promotion is subject to stock availability. Germaine de Capuccini does not guarantee the permanent availability of all products included throughout the entire promotional period. 

If a product sells out during the Promotion, this will not generate any right to compensation, replacement or extension of the promotional period. 

8. AUTHORISED CENTRES 

The application of the discount in authorised centres is subject to each centre joining the Promotion, as well as to product availability and the operational conditions of each point of sale. 

Germaine de Capuccini is not responsible for the non-participation of certain authorised centres or for the unavailability of specific products in such centres. 

9. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITATIONS 

Germaine de Capuccini reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion for justified reasons, force majeure, technical or operational incidents or any circumstance that prevents the proper development of the action. 

Germaine de Capuccini also reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion any user who makes fraudulent, abusive or non-compliant use of these legal terms and conditions. 

In the event of any doubts regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the criteria of the organising company shall prevail. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent under the applicable regulations. 

10. DATA PROTECTION 

In compliance with the data protection regulations applicable in the United Kingdom, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, users are informed that their personal data will be processed under the following conditions:

For the management, development and maintenance of this Promotion, no profiles of participants will be created and no automated decisions based on their personal characteristics will be made.
